Some users are unable to complete worklist items
 

 

Diagnoses

 


We have some tasks which are assigned to AD groups. There is one user in the test group which is unable to complete workflow tasks.

When the user is assigned a task it appears in her task list. If she completes the task (using the task list, or a smart form rule) the action doesn't complete the task. If we take her out the AD group and add someone else in they complete the task and the workflow moves on successfully.

 

 

Resolution

Found trailing Whitespaces in the Actioners table . Removed these and this fixed the issue
