Symptoms


Some users not able to login after this weekends upgrade to 4.6.9.
I did the 4.6.9 installation in production this weekend and now users are getting error messages and cannot get to certain Smartform, workflows, etc. I think it might be related to now 2 group providers are showing for the same site URL in SharePoint (one of our users changed the name of the SharePoint site). I attached the error message and the group providers from workspace. I'm not sure what I need to do to fix this.
Error message:
Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource.Failed to initialize the Context: URL:... (see screenshot in the attached Error.docx)
 

Diagnoses


The error was caused by user does not have permission to the site.

 

Resolution

Was able to resolve the issue after giving user the appropriate permission on the site level.
