I have a user has Edit permission only.

When user try to create the workflow, it will show "urlOfFile Parameter name".

After I try to save few times, it will show "Access is denied".

When user try to update the workflow, it will show "Access is denied".

I would like to know how to solve this problem? Thanks!

After I deleted the folder "urlOfFile Parameter name" disappear. But "Access is denied" occur. Is there any way to solve this problem?
