SMTP setup fails
Diagnoses
Although I can telnet to port 25 on our mail server host, the smtp setup fails.
Resolution
After the setup was done, we checked the settings using the connectionstringeditor.exe and verified that the correct SMTP settings were there. We created a test workflow and we were able to successfully send an email. The connection to the SMTP was not successful but the settings were correct.
