Symptoms

After the Migration to a new SQL-Server the SmartObjects for the process "Ecobelt Riemencheckliste" are missing. Just the views and forms are available.

Diagnoses

Missing Smart Objects can be because of a few things in the DB, but most usual cases are because of permissions and users that do not have the sufficient rights to view or action SMOs.

Resolution

When we did a search in the Smartbroker.SMoarObjects table in the K2 DB we fond the Smart Object, we also found that the user who created it was K2 Service.
We then did a search in the Smart Object Tester tool logged in as the K2 service and we managed to find the Smo and we redeployed it to the correct Directory.
