Symptoms
When trying to configure a k2 for SharePoint app, there is an error in the registration wizard in the SharePoint Service broker : "SmartObject Server Exception: Inconsistency detected on SmartObject 'K2 Application'. Service Instance 'spweb_juva_groupe_priv___sites___espaces' not found during loading of SmartObject Definition. "

Resolution
Remove all the application on the collection sites
- From Manage application as admin for SharePoint deinstallation of the application
- From Smart Object Tester removing of the SMartObject orphaned without any service instance.
- From the tables [Category].[Data] andamp [SmartBroker].[SmartObject] using clause where indeed to track the smart objects orphaned I deleted all the row no longer used by the collection site or an old one.
- Re-run AppDeployment.exe
- Run Registration Wizard worked perfectly
- When I've been on SharePoint Designer the Group are been synchronized one more time in order to avoid an error like 'To manage SmartObjects you must be a member of a group that has K2 Solution Designer permissions'.
