Greetings,

I have a smartobject that we changed the schema on. So I

1) Exported sodx file from Service Tester

2) Opened in K2 Studio

3) Added the properties

4) Deployed back to the K2 server.

 

Then in SharePoint, under "K2 Designer for SharePoint Management", configured SmartObject Access.

 

We had already added the smartobject and it was used in some processes. So I edited the smartobject and checked the boxes for the additional properties to be visible.

 

Now, when I open the process that's using the smartobject, the new properties are not listed. But if I drag out a new step, they are there.

 

How do I refresh the existing steps to see the new properties?

K2 Designer for Visual Studio - Save to Local

My problem is not in Visual Studio, but in the silverlight browser based designer environment.

 

When the smartobject is updated, a new usage of it will have the new attributes. But an existing instance, when running the wizard, does not pick up the changes.

 

I don't want to drop every event where the smart object is used and have to re-create them.. I just want to add a new value.
