Does anyone know if the location for uploaded files using the Upload Control in Smartforms has changed between v4.6.8 and v4.6.9?

If it has, does anyone know where the new upload location is? I can't find it :(

The location used to be C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlK2 smartforms RuntimeFiles but it now appears to be a temp location. We have a process that uses the uploaded filepath to perform a process of creating a new document in another system. It used to work perfectly but since upgrading, its stopped working and I thin its because the upload filepath has changed.
