SmartForms showing inconsistent behavior on IE 10
 

Diagnoses

We have deployed SmartForm application on production and users with IE 10 are seeing inconsistent behavior. Sometimes the application is up and sometimes they see certificate error with Http 404 not found. The application is up and in another few minutes either they see the form or error.
 

Resolution

We determined during our call that the URL resolves to two IP address, of which one will result in the HTTP 404 error. As such customer updated DNS to resolve only to the working IP address.
