Symptoms
When using Smartforms, SmartObject method GetListItem, using filter's advanced mode on the SmartObject doesn't work/trigger at all.
Diagnoses
The issue is the advanced filter is no longer mapped correctly where the filter properties derived from the SMO is not defined in the Advanced filter.
Resolution
This is a known issue with advanced filter setup.
Workaround:
• Add a hidden (list) View (Mark it as not visible) that contains the SMO that you want to use in rule.
• Instead of mapping the main Smartobject’s fields, map the fields from the view’s SMO.
