Symptoms
When browsing through the Smartforms Integration wizard, the error: "An exception occurred. Exception: An item with the same key has already been added" is seen.
Diagnoses
This seems to be due to copy and pasting smartforms client events and within a Smartforms Integrated Process.
Resolution
With further investigation, it was concluded that the error seen in the Smartforms Integration wizard resulted from copy and pasting the smartforms client event in the process and configuring it to use a different smartform in the copied client event. This can be consistently reproduced by first configuring Smartforms Integration for a process, then configuring a smartforms client event, then copying and pasting said client event and configuring it for another form. After doing this, the same "An exception occurred. Exception: An item with the same key has already been added." error was seen both in the copied smartforms client event and smartforms integration piece.
