Symptoms

The SmartForm's Context Browser andgt System Values andgt Current User andgt Name to display user's information. However, it is not working for some users.
 

Diagnoses

- There are 2 security labels in the environment: K2 and EXT - EXT is the custom security label added in - Users affected have two credentials: one from K2 security label, the other from EXT, and they both use the same username.

Example: K2:DomainUser1 and EXT:DomainUser1 - When we try to display the FQN of the user in the form, we discovered the FQN is showing EXT security label, despite using K2 security label to log into the form
 

Resolution

This issue has been linked to an existing bug. To prevent this, please make sure to keep your username unique across all your security labels. Here are the steps to make the SmartForm retrieve the correct user information again:

     1. Clear your browser cache

     2. Perform IISRESET

     3. Restart K2 blackpearl Server service

     4. Open form, and log in using the correct security label
