Hi, I have a pretty basic approval workflow, and I want to use SmartActions to enable users to approve or reject by replying to a task notification email. I know our server is configured for this, but my question is how often will this service check for these email replies? Is there a default value? If so, is there a way to change it?

The default poll interval is 30seconds. You can modify it in the connection string. Check out the following for more information
