Hi All,
I just added few fields on my SharePoint list that I am using for my k2 blackpoint workflow, and then I updated Smart Objects becuase I needed to use those fields on my process. The problem is, my smart objects is showing error (highlighted in red) on my k2 studio, and a new smart object with the same name but extented with the suffix ( -Item) is instead available to be used.
Now I can't even edit my info path forms becuase it complains about fields that are used but not available on the form.
Please advice. What is the best way to update your smart objects as this affects not only the process but the info path form as well?
Is it possible to rename a smart object perhaps?
