Hi,

 

I am looking for smart objects that can be used to

  1. list meeting rooms (with details) from Exchange 2013 (no update needed)
  2. list the bookings for a particular location / room list (no update needed)

 

My envirionment is On-Premises Exchange 2013, SharePoint2013 SP1, K2 Blackpearl 4.6.9

Hi, David,

 

I suppose you can build your own SmartObject using the SmartBox service, where you list all meeting rooms, and then build a process to update their status.

Then use these fields as a location in a Exchange Event Wizard.
