Hi Muhannad

Please ensure that you K2 Service is running by following these steps:

1. Searching for "View local services" in you windows start menu

2. Searching for "K2 blackpearl Server" in the services popup.

3. Check that this service's status is running, if not select the service and click start on the left hand side.

Also ensure that all application pools are started in IIS, do this by following these steps:

1. search for "Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager" in the windows start menu.

2. expand the "DLX (DENALLIXAdministrator" breadcrumb and select the "Application Pools" option

3. check that all these application pools are started, if they are not select one by one and click start on the right hand side.
