Are you seeing behavior when form is not loading via K2 Mobile App?
Are the forms being placed in the Application Forms category in K2 Designer (Application Forms checkbox must be enabled in the form)?

It was working fine past few days. we send a link in mail notofication to action the worklist item.
But the link is not openning now. it is keep loading.
