Symptoms


We have a problem with the smart actions, we have a user who cannot approve requests via E-mails, attached the reply message the user received from K2 when he tried to approve via E-mail, we are using exchange 2016.
 

Diagnoses


The respected customer closed the issue after supplying a response:
"
Is he replying by "Ipic Use Only" or "Return". the wording is important in the reply

this seems to be the problem, as this text is added explicitly by a third party tool without any interference from the user, after removing this text it works fine"
