 "Smartaction" does not work

When you are sending an email using the smart actions feature but you don't receive any reply emails back. What could be the problem here as their are no errors presented?
 

 

Resolution 

 

Verify that the K2 service account has full permissions to the MSMQ controller which can be accessed via

 

 

 

- Running compmgmt.msc,

 

- Navigate to 'Computer Management (Local) > Services and Applications > Message Queueing.

 

 

 

After this do restart of the K2 service and all should be resolved.
