Loved the idea of using Smart Actions, but I would like to make it easier for the users.
Is there any option to add buttons to the e-mail body (or to use the Voting Buttons option at Outlook) so the user will just press Approve/Decline, without the need to replay?

Hi,
I have not much experience with smart actions yet but I would assume if you want to have physical buttons displayed within Outlook you would need to create an Outlook plugin. The smart actions rely on receiving the email response with the action embed within.
My idea would be to have the plugin activate when it become aware that the current email was relating to a K2 task and provide the various actionable options to you.
