Symptoms

We just upgraded from 4.6.7 to 4.6.11 and discovered that there are problems with the worklist sleep functionality. We are able to successfully us sleep on worklist items that are not owned (ie. available, not allocated) but the sleep option is disabled for items that we own (Open andamp allocated to us). See attached screenshots.

We are using the worklist control on a form that has been rendered in a form viewer webpart in SharePoint. I have tried running the form outside of SharePoint and the issue is still present. I have also tried the worklist webpart in SharePoint and the issue is still present.

This functionality has changed from 4.6.7 and is critical to one of the teams that uses the worklist heavily.

 

Diagnoses

Issue reproduced on 4.6.11 and it is a known issue.
 

Resolution

Provided customer with coldfix, applied the coldfix to resolve the issue.
This issue is resolved on 4.7 release.
