Hi, have you tried using a different Theme?

There is two Runtime site:


 


DesignerRuntime


and


RuntimeRuntime


 


Was this custom theme perhaps implemented at both location?

Perhaps clearing browser cache or Smartforms Caching as per the bottom of the article below:

Design Runtime is okay but Runtime runtime is not okay
