How to give site collection administrator rights?
Diagnoses
If you unable to access the management console in the SharePoint site collection, seeing error noting the account needs Admin rights or a workflow successfully creates the site but cannot not add users - you need to give the user site collection administrator rights.
Resolution
Please follow these steps:
1. Open the site collection and click on Site Contents
2. Click on Settings
