Simple quote character in a choice field is crashing Nintex Forms

Hi,

I'm working with Nintex Forms 2013 ( 2.6.0.0 ) and each time the customer upgrades a Choice field that includes a simple quote character on it, the form is crashing.

For exemple, the value "0 - CA PRI MONTRES & VARIATION D'INVENTAIRE" is crashing the form with the next error:

Please, can you correct it on next Nintex Forms versions?
