Symptoms


On August 15, 2016, the Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) certificate associated with one or more of your applications will roll over, which will result in downtime if action is not taken to update the token-signing certificate.

Diagnoses


K2, by default, uses K2Trust rather than a direct access AAD.
 

Resolution

The rollover should not affect your environment unless you are connecting directly to AAD rather than using K2Trust, which is the default configuration. If you are using AAD directly, however, you will need to update the certificate in the database.
