Please see my screen shot below. I'd like to get the actual error message to show up in the Status window of the View Flow. I sifted through some of the discussions but didnt see anything that I am trying to accomplish. In this example it just shows Error. The workspace shows the actual error as 'Web Form cannot be found'. I'd like to get that information into the Status field so it would read "Error - Web Form cannot be found" for the user...thanks!

I don't think this is possible.
That field only stores the status of the event and it is not configurable.
If you want the error to be caputured then you can make use of Exception Rules to handle the error and email someone/write an entry somewhere regarding the error, but still you will not be able to have it show up in Viewflow.
You can log an enhancement request with K2 to have the actual error details surfaced in Viewflow through some means.
