Issue: Customer had a question regarding sharing Workflows developed in K2 Studio. They are currently developing Workflows using K2 Studio and wanted to know what the easiest way to share the most current version of a K2 Studio workflow deployed in an environment by a single developer to other developers.
 

Diagnoses

company is using K2 Studio to develop Workflows (WF). However, when WF's are created via K2 Studio, the Workflow Version is stored on the individuals Hard Drive. So if we want others to pick-up and support the WF, then it has to be Packaged and sent to the new Support Person.

Is there any other easier way to share the most Current Version of a K2 Studio WF deployed in an environment by a Single Developer with Other K2 Workflow Developers/Supporters?

Resolution: If using K2 studio, the most efficient way to pull the most current Workflow version would be to use the K2 workspace tool.
