SharePoint Wizards missing from K2 Designer Workflow Builder.

I've installed items on the servers in my environment as follows:
SP Server (single server farm)
K2 Core
K2 for SharePoint 2010
K2 Designer for SharePoint 2010
Blackpearl Server
K2 blackpearl server
K2 workspace
K2 Package and Deployment
K2 Core
K2 blackpearl setup manager
K2 smartforms server
K2 smartforms setup manager
K2 smartforms control pack server
K2 smartforms control pack setup manager
SmartForms Server
K2 core
K2 blackpearl setup manager
K2 designer
K2 smartforms runtime
K2 smartforms setup manager
K2 smartforms control pack designer
K2 smartforms control pack runtime
K2 smartforms control pack setup manager

Unfortunately, something is still not right. I'm not seeing the SharePoint related activities in the workflow builder in the web-based k2 designer. When I installed this all on a single server these activities were installed. However, in this distributed environment I'm not seeing them.
 

Diagnoses

Please run the K2 Smartforms Setup on the Sharepoint server(s) to install the K2 Smartforms for Sharepoint 2010 components.
 

Resolution

The Smartforms Installation was done on the Sharepoint server to install the (K2 Smartforms webparts for SharePoint 2010) features. After re-running the "K2 for Sharepoint Configuration wizard" to deploy this new solution and perform a reactivation of the K2 Features and K2 Configurations Settings to the necessary site collections, the Sharepoint wizards are now available in the K2 Designer.
