Symptoms

The client got calls from a couple of people stating that the worklist web part is not longer working on a Mac when using Safari.
 

Diagnoses

It appears as if the latest Safari update "broke" something regarding our worklist web part. This was not something K2 broke but Apple released a new version of Safari (Mac specific) that caused this issue. (Safari for Windows still works.) It is also important to note that our legacy SP2010 web parts only support IE.
 

Resolution

We suggested that the client use the worklist control in smartforms an use that in a frame on the SharePoint site. The worklist control should work on all supported browsers.
