Symptoms
Permissions on a SharePoint 2010 with K2 integration are being deleted. The permissions are correctly set through the SharePoint UI one day but then by the next morning, the permissions have been deleted and they have to be set again. The K2 service account appears to be the culprit in deleting permissions.
Diagnoses
This is related to a known issue using the EnsureUser API.
Resolution
An code fix is available to resolve the issue. Kindly contact K2 support to request for this code fix should you encounter the same issue.
