I am using sharepoint security groups as destination in K2 workflows. Whenever I modify members in sharepoint group this does not get affected in k2. Takes about 8 hours. Is there any way to force synchronization of sharepoint groups with k2 or reduce this interval. Resolution

Support supplied customer with the Force Identity Refresh. During a Go To Meeting, we went into the K2 database identity.identity table to look up the FQN for the groups the customer wanted to refresh. We then entered the requested information into the tool and successfully refreshed the first group. Customer understand the tool and will continue on to refresh other groups as desired.
