My K2 app that was deployed in SharePoint Online started taking me to a Microsoft sign in page saying that my account is not configured to sign in to this application. In additional details it says:

Same error if I try and access designer using the K2 Trust for Azure AD login method. All of this worked fine a couple weeks back. I don't remember seeing any "appit" identifiers before. Did something change?
