I am trying to use the Sharepoint Documents Event Wizard within black pearl. Has anyone ever successfully managed to use this feature, if so could you please inform as to how to go about using it, or where I can find tutorials on how to use this.

What are you trying to get the Documents Event to do? Is there something specific or are you just exploring the event and seeing what it can do?
If you have the BlackPearl documentation available, there is a Sharepoint Expense Claim Tutorial in it. Within this tutorial, basic examples are given for Updating Document Metadata and Moving Documents.
