Sharepoint 2013 Workflows start but do not progress

Can you post a screenshot of one of your workflows? And also show us where you see that it is not progressing.

this Question belong to a employ in our company. we cant attach any screenshot because we use persian language and  maybe you don't understand anything about that. we sorry about that a lot. but its bad happen for us because we have a lot of work flow that should run every day but our work flow stay in "Start" sitiuation and don't change. we need your help.

All workflow is starting and workflow progress dont on the site. 

how do you start these workflows?

we start workflow automatically when an item is  created or changed

Conditionally or not?

I don't use conditionally. when It happens, all workflows are out of work.

does it just 'keep starting' for both new and updated items?

have you checked sharepoint's performance, so that it just do not take longer to start it?

have you checked sharepoint's logs for any possible errors?

do items which it sucks on have attachment(s)?

can you try to add pause action at the very beggining of the workflow?

@nmirdrikvand You just have to change your sharepoint column type remove all required field columns..
