Sharepoint 2013 Nintex: How to create a form to query data?

Hello Team, 

I am trying to build a form to search for the data in a sharepoint list and make edits, but i am not able to find any help on this article, could you please help me with steps to have a form with the below details

1) Text box to search for the content

2) Content to poulated in the fileds

3) Edit the content

4) Button to submit the data to the list

    Probably what you can do is to create a list lookup.
    You can then make a filter to the list lookup. Refer this article;
