We are planning to migrate from SharePoint 2010 to 2013.
We have 6-7 K2 SharePoint 2010 integrated applications and we are going to run them in 2010 mode only after migration.
Can you help with specific test cases that we need to test the application in 2010 mode or did you encounter with any issues?
Are you using InfoPath?
Are you doing an in-place upgrade or a migration?

we don't have InfoPath forms and it is migration.

We had nothing but issues so I'm afraid I can't offer much assistance except to say "good luck". But our issues were mostly related to the use of InfoPath.
