Our SharePoint environment was upgraded to SP1 a month ago, but we have just found an issue starting workflows from an Infopath form. All workflows head straight for the error queue with "Root Element is missing". Are you experienceing any similar problems? We're finding it difficult to tell if it's SP1 that caused this problem, or something else in the environment. We're still on KB1320 though, so that could also be an issue.
