Symptoms


Share point threshold size was almost full for K2 and affect the K2 WF Sharpoint service.
this issue is repeated from time to time, and the workaround solution done from our side is to increase the threshold size but we need permanent solution such as (archive the old tasks, remove un needed tasks)
so please advise the best solution for this issue, attached the error description with the threshold configuration on our production ENV.

Note: I don't know the build number for our ENV. so I entered any value.
 

Diagnoses


this is not a k2 issue but rather a db issue always archive k2 database and make sure that you clear transactins log for all DBs on the SQL server
