SetHumanWorkflowApproversMetadata_SystemUpdate

Has anyone ever seen this error:

Error in request approval action. Could not find stored procedure 'SetHumanWorkflowApproversMetadata_SystemUpdate'.

I have a "Request Approval" action and it's configured correctly.

The action sends 3 emails

the task email

Then the Approval No Longer required email

Then the workflow errored
