Set A Field action not showing the correct fields

I've created a field in my SP Library called 'Change of Details View'. I want to update the field to '1' so that the Workflow will send an email with a link to a different InfoPath view.

However when I set try to configure the Set A Field action it's not showing me the correct fields. it's showing:

which looks like a much earlier version of the library fields. It's not showing many of the fields I've added subsequently. Is it cached? How do I get it to list the current fields?

    Usually there is no caching in the fields collection.

    When you use the "update item" action, do you see a different collection of fields?

    Could you provide a screenshot of the settings of your library that also shows the columns of that library?
