Symptoms

K2 host service causes 100% CPU usage and high loads of memory usage.
K2 DB log files grew in large amounts.
 

Diagnoses

Slow performance can be due to a process that is stuck in running state.
Logging can also be a reason why the K2 host service would be causing some delay
Also hardware related issues are similar to this such as CPU, memory and hard disk space.
 

Resolution

I have changed the client's logging level to "error" since it was on "All".
We also ran a script that was sent via Email and if any one needs it please feel free to contact me or any support engineer.
This script will return any process that is stuck in error state and that has grown larger than what it should be.
Suspending that process will release loads of memory and cpu usage.
