Here is a scenario that we have in mind and I am not sure how I could achieve with Nintex Forms.

  • Service Portal with one landing page
  • User navigates through domains/sub domains (wizard style) and ends in specific forms
  • Form input will be sent via Email to a 3rd party system

While I can define individual forms per Content Type, I could define Content Types per Request Type, but that way I could not have a cascade of forms opened in a sequence.

Instead users would have to open request items again and again.

Who nows about a good approach for a wizard style solution?

Nintex is working on a multi page form functionality in Nintex Forms. Right now you would need to put everything on one form. You can create a couple of panels that keep your "pages" and have them displayed or hidden once after another.

So on "page 1" only panel 1 is shown. If you click a control / button, your form will hide panel 1 but shows panel 2 which hold all controls from "page 2".
