Symptoms

Need configuration guidance for Service Instance configuration for:

- Exchange Server Service Broker support for Office 365
- CRM Service Broker support for Dynamics CRM Online 2015
 

Diagnoses

Though exchange brokers are available within K2 Management, they are unsupported and aren't meant to be used, which is also why there is no Appit documentation for them. They may be removed in the next update.
 

Resolution

One should be able to connect via OData or the REST broker to the O365 API to make some calls to Exchange. Though, it looks like you're limited to mail and folder functionality: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/office365/api/mail-rest-operations
