We currently have K2/Smartforms version 4.6.9 and need to upgrade to 4.6.10. We are new to the K2 platform and not sure what the correct procedure is to upgrade to the latest version.
 

Resolution

Issue: We currently have K2/Smartforms version 4.6.9 and need to upgrade to 4.6.10. We are new to the K2 platform and not sure what the correct procedure is to upgrade to the latest version.

Resolution: Had a phone meeting with customer. Advised when moving from 4.6.9 to 4.6.10 he would be able to utilize the updated manager. Customer advised he would like to wait until Friday 08/07/15 to follow up as that's when install was to occur.

Followed up with customer who advised install was smooth, no errors reported.
