I have huge stupid problem ,,


I have two activities calling each other,, there are now calling each other infinitely,,


when i try to delete or stop  the instance from k2 work space or from the process instance in k2 admin site its goes for 5 mints waiting till the page go for ( internet explorer cannot display the webpage ) error ,,, and now i cant either to access those pages,,,


I had tray to restart the server ,,, restart the SQL service ,, restart the K2 Blackpearl service nothing are working,,,


is there a way to force the process to stop or delete ?!!?!?!


How i can solve such a thing now i am considering to format the server...

Hi,

This is probably not the cleanest solution but probably the quickest.  Go into SQL Management > Expand your K2Server DB > _ProcInst Table and change the "Status" of the process instance in question to either 0 (error) or 4(Stopped).


You could also use the API to stop process instances.


Make a backup of your database first please.
