Symptoms


When loading K2 Workspace, the following error message appears:

"Server is not operational"
 

Diagnoses


The K2 blackpearl server service is still running, however the K2 workspace is inaccessible.
 

Resolution

1. In IIS, access the K2 Workspace's Application Pool's Advanced Settings.

2. Check the "Load User Profile" flag, is it set to "False"? If it is, set the value to "True"

3. Perform an IISRESET

4. Try to access the K2 Workspace again.
