I have several server events in a workflow that I built. Every couple of times that I deploy while testing the code is removed from all the server events. Has anyone else seen this.

When you deploy had you edited those server events, or were you just deploying based on changes to other activities?
+11Are you using the 'Update Design Templates' menu option? I've deployed workflows under 803 hundreds of times and never encountered this.
+5I have used that yes. Not every 3 to 4 times that I am deploying. All that would be changed when re-deploying would be an edit to an InfoPath form, or Mail Event changes. Nothing big.
