My requirment is that if any case there will be error in workflow i would like to send mail to Admin email address so he can check and take action.
Could you please let me know how we can handle these ?

Hi There
There is no Out of the Box mehod for monitoring processes and sending emails when they enter an error state. If you would like to do this, you will likely have to use the K2 Process Error Notification Service. This is a windows service that is available on our market that monitors processes and notifies affected users when a process goes into an error state. This is available here:
