Send Form Data to Salesforce

Hello,

I have a Nintex Form 2013 on-prem version that needs to send form data to Salesforce, when a condition is met. 

I have a Yes/No field in the form that asks the user "Do you want to send data to Salesforce?"  When they select "Yes" and submit the form.  Does anyone one have any ideas on how to accomplish this? What is the best approach for this?

    Hi 

    You can use web service to submit the data from the nintex workflow  based on the conditions.
