I am still new to Nintex ... I have created a Nintex Form and Nintex Workflow.  The workflow sends emails to related parties when the initial "item" is created and each time the form is updated.

There are certain individuals that need to receive the emails, which isn't a problem since they are rather static and I have been able to add those individuals without any issues.

The problem is that we want to include the creator or initiator to receive emails, but I don't seem to recognize an option in the TO and CC.

How would I go about making sure the initiator receives the emails?

Hi Phil,

You can add the item creator and/or workflow initiator to your workflows. These instructions are specifically for Nintex Workflow 2013, but apply to other versions also.

To add them to the email, open the notification configuration in the Nintex Workflow designer and click on the "Browse" icon to the right of the field (To, CC, BCC). Expand the Lookup section and find the "Initiator" (user kicking off the workflow) in the Common section or the "Created By" (user who created the item) in the Item Properties section. You can add either of them to your notification from here.
